"I love NCCU’s HBCU‑in‑the‑city vibe, how easy it is to get involved in Greek life, band, and campus events while still being close to internships and jobs in the Research Triangle, but from a past‑student view I’ll say the split between commuters and residents, the sometimes‑slow‑paced administrative side, and the way certain campus areas felt a bit run‑down were all more noticeable once I stopped visiting and started living there."
