Theo Sliman is UL Lafayette head golf coach, leading both the men’s and women’s programs in the Sun Belt Conference. Appointed in 2008, he has guided the Ragin’ Cajuns men’s team to multiple Sun Belt titles and NCAA‑Reginal appearances, building a strong, competitive culture. Sliman emphasizes fundamentals, a rigorous national schedule, and holistic development, helping transform Louisiana men’s golf into a consistent Sun Belt championship contender and nationally‑ranked program.

Women's Coach Bio

Theo Sliman also oversees UL Lafayette women’s golf in the Sun Belt Conference, serving as head coach within the overall golf‑program structure. He brings the same competitive‑development philosophy used with the men’s team, stressing scoring‑oriented play, short‑game refinement, and disciplined training. Under his leadership, the women’s program has steadily improved its Sun Belt‑level finishes and national‑ranking presence, aiming to become a regular postseason‑eligible team within the Sun Belt.
