Alan Cress is Appalachian State men’s head golf coach, leading the Mountaineers in the Sun Belt Conference at the NCAA‑Division I level. Named head coach in 2022, he is an App State alumnus who previously served as a volunteer assistant and has strong ties to the local golf community.
