“I love Southeastern’s safe, family‑style campus, how many clubs and L‑Club events feel like real home‑team energy, and how easy it is to get involved while still living in Hammond, but from a past‑student view I’ll say the slower‑paced town vibe, some older dorms, and the occasional lag in campus‑tech upgrades were all things that became clearer once I stopped just visiting and started living there.”
