Brian Dolehide was elevated to Director of Golf at East Texas A&M in July 2024, overseeing men's and women's programs after serving as head men's coach since 2022. His leadership produced a second-place conference finish for women's golf in spring 2024, with two top-10 individuals. Dolehide guides the Lions through Southland events like the SLC Championships, emphasizing scoring improvement and NCAA regional contention.

East Texas A&M University athletics announced in July 2024 that Brian Dolehide was elevated to Director of Golf, overseeing both the men’s and women’s golf programs. Dolehide has served as the head men’s golf coach for the Lions since 2022 and led the women’s golf program on an interim basis in spring 2024 as the program had a second-place finish at the conference championships and two individuals in the top 10.
