Al DelGreco is Samford men’s head golf coach, leading the Bulldogs in the Southern Conference at the NCAA‑Division I level. Entering his 12th season, DelGreco is a former NFL All‑Pro placekicker and Golf Channel personality who has helped steady the program with multiple top‑five finishes since taking over in 2014. He emphasizes fundamentals, course‑management, and a strong tournament schedule aimed at keeping Samford competitive within the SoCon.

Women's Coach Bio

Shane Warren is Samford women’s head golf coach, directing the Bulldogs in the Southern Conference. He arrived at Samford after two seasons as assistant coach at Tulane, where he helped shape team culture and fine‑tune instruction. Warren brings over a decade of prior coaching experience, including assistant roles at LSU, and focuses on player‑specific development, short‑game work, and a competitive SoCon‑level schedule designed to raise the program’s national‑ranking profile.
