Men's Coach Bio

Matt Terry is Louisiana Tech men’s head golf coach and head of the overall Bulldog‑golf program in Conference USA. Now in his ninth season, he has led the Bulldogs to multiple C‑USA‑championship‑level results, including a program‑record low‑total run and several NCAA‑Regional‑qualifying individuals. Terry emphasizes fundamentals, scoring‑oriented play, and a strong national schedule, helping maintain Louisiana Tech men’s golf as a consistent, postseason‑capable program in C‑USA.

Women's Coach Bio

Matt Terry also leads Louisiana Tech women’s golf as the program’s head coach, overseeing the Lady Techsters in Conference USA under the same overall golf‑program structure used for the men’s team. He builds on the Bulldogs’ strong home‑course advantage at Squire Creek to create a competitive, development‑focused environment for the women. Terry focuses on fundamentals, short‑game work, and team‑chemistry growth aimed at steadily improving the women’s national‑ranking profile and C‑USA‑level finishes.
