Men's Coach Bio

Gareth Lappin serves as head coach of Grand Valley State men's golf since October 2023, leading the team to national ranking #13 with a 285.2 adjusted scoring average and three wins in 2025. A former Irish National Champion, Michigan State D1 golfer, PGA Associate, and Trackman Certified coach, Lappin builds elite programs through technical instruction and competitive preparation in the GLIAC.

Women's Coach Bio

Rebecca Mailloux enters her 15th season as Grand Valley State women's golf head coach, a veteran leader with LPGA Futures Tour experience and prior head coaching at Saint Leo. Mailloux develops national contenders through disciplined fundamentals training and strategic recruiting. Her teams excel in GLIAC competition while maintaining academic standards, leveraging her professional background to prepare players for collegiate and professional success.
