Don Hill is Elon University men’s head golf coach, entering his 11th season at the helm in 2023–24. A former All‑American player, he has quickly elevated the Phoenix into a national‑level contender, highlighted by the 2025 CAA Championship and an automatic NCAA‑Regional bid. Hill emphasizes a strong tournament schedule, player‑driven leadership, and high‑level recruiting to keep Elon competitive in the CAA and on the national stage.

Women's Coach Bio

Chris Dockrill is Elon University women’s head golf coach, in his 25th season leading the Phoenix program in 2025–26. A former All‑American and 11‑time CAA‑era event winner as coach, he has guided the women to 25+ tournament titles and 21 top‑five conference‑championship finishes. Dockrill also emphasizes academic excellence, with his players earning numerous All‑America‑Scholar honors while training at Elon’s upgraded W. Cecil Worsley III Golf Training Center.
