Men's Coach Bio

T.L. Brown is California Baptist men’s head golf coach, leading the Lancers in the Western Athletic Conference. Named to the role in 2016, he has guided the program through its transition from Division II to Division I, earning recognition as Division II West Region Coach of the Year in his first season at CBU. Brown emphasizes fundamentals, scoring‑oriented play, and a strong, competitive schedule aimed at keeping the Lancers consistently competitive in the WAC and NCAA‑postseason‑caliber events.

Women's Coach Bio

Marc Machado is California Baptist women’s head golf coach, directing the Lancers in the Western Athletic Conference. He began with the program as an assistant in 2011–12 and was promoted to head women’s coach in 2016, making this his 15th season with the school. Machado focuses on fundamentals, short‑game work, and a disciplined practice environment, steadily improving the team’s conference‑level finishes and national‑ranking profile within the WAC.
