Men's Coach Bio

Brian Arlinghaus is Xavier University men’s head golf coach, entering his fifth season (2025–26) at the helm of the Musketeers in the Big East. He previously led Wright State and Miami‑Hamilton, bringing strong recruiting and tournament‑planning experience to Xavier. Arlinghaus has already guided two Musketeers to All‑Big East honors in 2024–25, emphasizing a disciplined, score‑focused culture that is steadily elevating the program’s standing in the conference.

Women's Coach Bio

Stephanie Young is Xavier women’s head golf coach, taking over the Musketeers in July 2025 after more than 20 years of collegiate‑golf coaching. She brings extensive experience as a head‑ and assistant‑level coach, with a focus on technical‑skill development, short‑game proficiency, and team‑driven growth. Young aims to reshape the program culture and raise its conference‑level finish profile within the Big East while building a women’s golf identity that supports both academic and competitive excellence.
