Jeff Straight enters his 11th season as Director of Golf and head men's coach at Winona State, earning NSIC Coach of the Year honors three times (2021, others) with NSIC titles, NCAA Super Regional hosting (2023), and Central Region contention. A veteran with PGA caddie experience, he led 2025 fall wins at Maverick/Jewel Invite from Winona, Minnesota.

As Director of Golf since 2018, Jeff Straight guides Winona State women's program alongside men, maintaining NSIC top finishes with assistant Xenia Straight. His leadership emphasizes academic excellence (All-NSIC honors) and competitive events like NSIC Championships, building sustained Central Region success from the Winona campus.
