Jared Purvis begins his 24th season as head men's golf coach at Valdosta State, consistently placing the Blazers among NCAA DII national leaders with Gulf South Conference contention. Named to the 2018 NCAA DII Men's Golf Committee, he served through 2022 while producing top regional finishes like T-6th at Griffin Invitational from Valdosta, Georgia base with assistants Jayce Barber and Trey Schneider.

Women's Coach Bio

In his 24th year directing Valdosta State women's golf, Jared Purvis applies his extensive experience to Gulf South competition alongside the men's program. With a track record of national contention and NCAA committee service (2018-22), he guides Blazers through key events from Kinderlou Forest home course, supported by staff for sustained Southeast Region excellence.
