Joe Jensen is University of Wyoming men’s head golf coach and Director of the Jacoby Golf Course, overseeing both the men’s and women’s programs in the Mountain West Conference. A long‑tenured coach and facility‑leader, he has guided Cowboy golfers to multiple MW‑level finishes and has helped shape the Jacoby Course into a competitive‑level training and competition site. Jensen emphasizes fundamentals, course‑management, and a strong in‑season schedule aimed at keeping Wyoming men’s golf competitive within the MW.

Women's Coach Bio

Josey Stender is University of Wyoming women’s head golf coach, leading the Cowgirls in the Mountain West Conference. As head coach, she oversees recruiting, training, and the team’s competitive schedule on the Jacoby Golf Course. Stender focuses on developing technical‑golf skills, short‑game strength, and mental‑toughness while building a team‑driven culture that balances high‑level competition with strong academic and personal‑development expectations.
