“I love UNI’s small‑city, residential‑campus feel, how easy it is to get involved in clubs and campus events while still being close to Cedar Falls life, but from a past‑student view I’ll say the commuter‑heavy days, the slower off‑campus vibe, and the way the campus can feel a bit quiet outside of events were all more noticeable once I stopped just visiting and started living there.”
