Lance Watson is Oral Roberts University’s Director of Golf and head coach for the men’s golf program, leading the Golden Eagles in the Summit League. He has guided the team through strong conference‑level success, including a preseason‑top‑ranked status in the league and multiple top‑five finishes. Watson emphasizes a high‑level tournament schedule, detailed technical‑skill work, and a team‑driven culture aimed at keeping ORU men’s golf at the top of the Summit and contending at the NCAA‑regional level.

Women's Coach Bio

Lance Watson is also the head golf coach for the ORU women’s program, directing the Golden Eagles in the Summit League. He oversees both men’s and women’s teams with a shared emphasis on disciplined practice, strong fundamentals, and competitive depth.
