Northern Colorado men finished seventh at Golden Nugget Invitational and Wyoming Cowboy Classic on Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club. Matias Koropeski's 72.4 average paced top-25s through birdie runs on par-5s at Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational on Eisenhower Golf Course amid high-altitude challenges.

Women's Team Notes

Bears women competed at Red Rocks Invitational on Oak Creek Country Club and placed competitively at Mimosa Hills Invitational. Steady par-4 scoring fueled top-15 finishes at Mountain West Championship through resilient low-70s rounds and cuts made across challenging Colorado mountain layouts.

Men's Coach Bio

In the 2022-23 season, Sikorski Led Men’s team to 2023 Big Sky Championship. Named 2023 Big Sky Coach of the year on men’s side. Coached the BS player of the year and had three other all conference members. On women’s side we recorded the second lowest team stroke average in the programs history at 301.57. Individually we had the lowest ever Marija Jucmane at 74.43 which also earned her 2nd team Big Sky. Timbre Shehee also recorded the 4th lowest individual stroke average in program history as a freshman at 75.30.

Women's Coach Bio

Clayton Sikorski directs women's golf and oversees both programs as Director of Golf at Northern Colorado. With associate Tina Barrett and volunteer Rosa Barnak, he sustains Big Sky contention via targeted recruiting and strong staff collaboration for Bears' dual-conference success.
