Men's Coach Bio

Jake Amos is LSU men’s head golf coach, a former Augusta State national‑champion player and professional on the Web.com Tour and overseas circuits. Before LSU, he led East Tennessee State to four straight NCAA Championships, multiple team titles, and several All‑Americans, earning Southern Conference Coach of the Year honors. At LSU his teams have won numerous tournaments, climbed into the national top‑five, and produced multiple All‑SEC and All‑American performers.

Women's Coach Bio

Garrett Runion is LSU women’s head golf coach, a former collegiate player and assistant under Chuck Winstead who helped the men’s team win an NCAA title in 2015. Named LSU’s fourth women’s head coach upon Karen Bahnsen’s retirement, he has guided the Lady Tigers through a sustained period of national‑ranking success. His teams regularly compete in SEC and NCAA championships and have earned multiple All‑American and All‑SEC honors.
