Kevin Fillman is Longwood men’s head golf coach, leading the Lancers in the Big South Conference at the NCAA‑Division I level. A Longwood‑sport staple since 1997, Fillman has guided the program to multiple conference‑level finishes and a 2023 Big South men’s‑golf championship plus an NCAA‑Salem‑Regional berth. He emphasizes fundamentals, team‑driven competition, and a strong practice culture, helping Longwood men’s golf remain a competitive, academically solid program within the Big South.

Women's Coach Bio

Megan Weaver is Longwood women’s head golf coach, directing the Lancers in the Big South Conference. Hired in 2023, she led the women’s program to one of its best‑ever Big South‑championship finishes, including a top‑four‑stroke‑play placing and first‑time‑ever match‑play qualification. Weaver stresses fundamentals, short‑game refinement, and team culture, while building on her prior high‑school‑coaching success to raise the program’s national‑ranking exposure and overall competitiveness.
