Jon Mills is Kent State men’s head golf coach, leading the Golden Flashes in the Mid‑American Conference. A former Kent State standout and NCAA‑contender, he succeeded legendary coach Herb Page and has continued the program’s tradition of excellence, including multiple MAC titles and NCAA‑Regional qualifications. Mills emphasizes fundamentals, scoring‑oriented play, and a strong, competitive schedule, keeping Kent State men’s golf among the top programs in the MAC and nationally.

Women's Coach Bio

Casey VanDamme is Kent State women’s head golf coach, directing the Golden Flashes in the Mid‑American Conference. Named to the role in 2021, she has led the team to several consecutive MAC championships, extending the program’s historic title streak and earning multiple MAC Coach‑of‑the‑Year honors.
