TJ Dekmar serves as head men's golf coach at Goldey-Beacom, guiding Lightning to T-2nd at CACC Preview and 2nd at Jefferson Invitational early 2025-26. His squad competes at White Clay Creek and aims for CACC Championship contention from Wilmington base, supported by assistant Camilo Samur.

TJ Dekmar leads GBC women's golf in CACC play as part of dual oversight. With experience building competitive rosters, he directs Lightning through Northeast schedules toward conference tournament success and potential NCAA East Regionals from the Wilmington campus.
