Men's Coach Bio

Adam Crawford joined the Ferrum College athletic staff initially as Head Men’s Golf Coach and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach in the summer of 2010, then rejoined the staff in September 2025. During his first stint as Ferrum's golf coach from 2010-18, Crawford improved Ferrum over 100 spots in Golfstat national rankings with a consistent ranking between #27 and #50 and had two golfers combine to earn three All-America honors. Ferrum won seven tournaments under Crawford and two of his golfers, Brandon Bailey (2017) and Lance Keiser (2018), qualified for the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championships.

Women's Coach Bio

Erick Cox, Ferrum class of 2013, serves as head women's golf coach. He leads the Panthers in ODAC competition, building on prior staff directory listings for both programs. Cox focuses on program development in Ferrum, Virginia, supporting NCAA Division II student-athletes.
