Drew Kayser is Director of Golf and head‑program leader for Boston College men’s golf, guiding the Eagles in the Atlantic Coast Conference at the NCAA‑Division I level. A former assistant at BC, he took over the program in 2012 and has built both men’s and women’s golf into prominent Northeast‑level teams. With over 30 years of coaching and teaching experience, Kayser emphasizes fundamentals, course‑management, and a national‑level schedule that regularly challenges ACC‑championship‑contending squads.

Women's Coach Bio

Drew Kayser also serves as the primary leader of Boston College women’s golf, directing the Eagles within the Atlantic Coast Conference. As Director of Golf, he oversees the overall vision while Nick Drago handles day‑to‑day assistant duties. Kayser has built a strong recruiting pipeline and a disciplined team‑culture environment, helping the women’s program compete firmly within the ACC and maintain a competitive presence in both conference and national‑level events.
